At Capitol CPR, we strive to provide high-quality CPR and first aid training to every participant. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

Refunds After Certification
- Once a certification has been issued and claimed, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances.

Class Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your registration prior to the scheduled class date, you may request a refund.
- Refunds will only be issued upon request and must be submitted by email or phone before the class begins.

No-Shows
- Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling
- Participants who are unable to attend may request to reschedule for a future class, subject to availability.
